While many organizations will have some sort of HR feed to populate the contact list, you may occasionally need to manually import contacts to a floor plan either create new records, or update existing ones. This can be done via the contact form, on the list page.

Manually uploading a list of contacts is a common practice when HR feeds are not available or when specific updates need to be made. To do this, navigate to the contact form or the list page, depending on your platform’s interface. From there, you can create new contact records or update existing ones by uploading the contact list manually. Be sure to follow the required format and verify the accuracy of the information before proceeding with the upload.
